    Gah! Music no longer plays after uninstalling beta and reinstalling r2!

    As in my topic I attempted to use the beta. All songs I have ripped in the last 2 years refuse to play. I promptly uninstalled the beta and re-installed Release 2. Now I encounter the same issue. Some music (music I have downloaded) plays, while the music I have ripped does not. DBpoweramp is my favorite music playing system, and I have been using it since the first release. I fear if I can not find a way to rectify this I will have to start using another, weaker music player. Any help is appreiciated.

    perhaps check your file associations? are the songs all various formats? mp3? ogg? flac?

    start-->programs-->dbpoweramp-->configuration-->file associations

      What are your audio files? (type and settings).

        I have about a dozen FLAC and the rest are mp3 (ripped using dmc via the lame method).

          You are best sticking with R3 Beta, it should go for full release soon.
