Why does MMC crash every time I try to add songs to My Music Collection?

"Every" time I try to add songs to My Music Collection, The program "has to close without saving my data". Does anyone else have this problem and are there any "hard and fast" rules hat will stop this problem and let me get on with my life? Thanks, Charles

Do you have any special characters in the song tag info and/or file names?

How many files are you adding?
Is the My Music Collection initially empty?
Have you tried adding a few at a time, saving inbetween each load?
