News Group Download File Playing

Using Newsbin Pro, when i download an mp3 file i used to be able to doubleclick the file and it would play in winamp. Now i use the Dbpoweramp player and it will not do it. I get an error message from windows. Am using Xp. Also player stops after first song. Any help would be appreciated. This player sounds great!
