I have also been having this problem. Is it caused by large playlists? I recently ripped the rest of my CDs (about 600 tracks) and it started doing this. My playlist is at approximately 2850.

2850 sounds more like a collection than a playlist. :D
I don't know if this is what's causing your problem, but its worth checking.
Click on Selective and make sure all Artist boxes are checked.
Also check the Genre tab and "Include All".
If this solves the problem let us know.
If it doesn't solve the problem, tell us what version you're using.
Hope this is helpful.

lol, well it IS my full collection...used as a playlist...
WIth a playlist 10 deep it still stopped after only a few songs (not always two btw). I'm starting to think it's F@H, though they claim it'll never affect your performance. A small playlist doesn't seem to help either. Memory leak perhaps? I don't remember what version of amp I have either...
PS Craze. That ProStudio is so fscking awesome. Great work. Where do you find .deq files anyways?

Click on the menu and your version of dAP will show in the bar on the left.
Thanks for the praise on StudioPro.
.deq files???
Maybe you mean eq? From the EQ Load button.
There are some preloaded EQ settings that come with dAP.
But you can save any EQ setting and be able to come back to it through the Load button.
