    Problem arises again !

Posted previous problem being unable to copy across wma files using philips 120 driver, I thought I had the problem fixed but it has occured again, the actual error message is as follows

Unable to send 'C:\DOCUME~1\Cheenix\LOCALS~1\Temp\Svt1.tmp\Soft Rock Anthems CD1.wma' to portable player. Please check connection and player has free memory.

The player is on through external power and plenty of space, Any ideas ?

that is a known bug (if copying a folder to the HDD from Sveta Explorer), is that what is happening?

Use 'File Selector' to send folders instead (not Sveta Explorer), you can find it in the start menu >>

File Selector is one of the programs that gets installed when you install from the dBpowerAMP Music Converter program. Look for it in Start > Programs > dBpowerAMP

Are you using dMC Release 11? If you are, you should have file selector. If not, before Release 11, File Selector was a separate download.

If you ARE using Release 11 and still don't have file selector, you might need to reinstall dMC.

Ok, Thanks for the help But, There is always a But, I have downloaded and installed and have the file selector part of it, I dont seem able to copy the folders to portable or even H drive without converting the files. They are already converted and just want to move them to portable. Sorry for the stupid questions.

For others reading the likely solution was 'Smart Conversions' to set the audio to download without conversion.
