I must download a codec but I don't find the good one in Codec Central in www.dbpoweramp.com !

It all depends on what kind of mpeg you have there. Is it a video?

I doubt you'll find that there is any codec for this at Codec Central.

But you can always play the video in Windows Media Player and record the audio through the soundcard using dMC Auxiliary Input.
