volume and mute control fr keyboard- no go

after installing the dbpowerAMP Audio Player, i found i can no long use my keyboard Volume Control and Mute buttons for any other applications (winamp, windows media center, etc).

the buttons DO work with dbpowerAMP Audio Player, but nothing else! as if it's slaved to the application.

do anyone know how to resolve?


PS- i have a Dell 8300 with wireless, multimedia keyboard. i did a system restore before the dbpowerAMP Audio Player installation and indeed the keyboard controls worked....so the issue must be linked to dbpowerAMP Audio Player somehow.

If you remove dAP from startup and reboot then those controls will work with any application. There is a slight bug in dAP that holds on to the keyboard after dap has closed.
