philips 120, can't copy music across ?

Hi Group,
First things fist, great piece of software . Now to the problem, I am running beta version with hdd120 driver, all worked well till I switched off and started pc again, Program will not allow me to send to portable device comes up with a req codec message even though these are installed.
Tried to uninstall and reinstall all progs but not helping, Any Ideas.

What audio format are you using (from and to on the HDD120)?

Using both mp3 and wma.

What is the exact error message please?

Inbetween posting and reading I removed Db from computer and re-installed and all is well again for the time being so have been unable to recreate the error message but will note if it happens again. There is one question though, If I format the drive through the software will this have any adverse effect ? eg firmware updates.

Formatting only removes audio files that sveta knows about.
