Error missing WMVcore.dll File!

Error missing WMVcore.dll File!

I have an error when I try to use dbpoweramp, any utilty of it, the error display message tells that i need to have WMVcore.dll, I've searched it and I have it in system32 folder... don't understand. I've already reinstalled the program, any solution? Thanks a lot. C ya!
Sorry guys, think this post must be in dBpowerAMP music converter, sorry admins >_<

Did you install the WMP System codecs, then the dMC Codec and then reboot?
