Re-issue registered version of dBpowerAMP can be downloaded from this page:

(clicking the above link from your email program might not open the link, copy and paste it into the title bar).

Enter your Order reference / receipt number when asked.

The link given by Spoon for retreival of the registered version does not work. It opens to a blank white page. I don't have a new computer, I just had to reinstall operating system and lost all emails. I did print out my receipt but can't find anyway to use it to get the registered version again. I do have my "swreg order number".

spoon! i tried to update to version 11 and when i did it,i got an unregistered everything~!!!!
when i try to get my version registered at the link you provide(yes..i did get that far),
it has me put in my original serial number.that woreks fine.
BUT then after it asks me for the letters on the screen,it gives me a email box where i have to type in my email addy and my password.
i do NOT remember my password.
          i shouldnt have to!
im very upset now also because it now says i have entered the serial too many times and to 'try again next week'
i paid good monery for this program and i do not think i want to have to repay.
          help me please?

That was not an email box, on the screen before it gave a user name and password, anyhow send your order number to address on this page and I will manually reissue it:

spoon..not one thing i have said have u understood.
i dont mean to be rude but im NOT stupid.
i know very well that the screen was asking me for my serial number..i supplied it!
then it asked me to do the word number thing..i did that too.
THEN ANOTHER SMALL SCREEN CAME ON AND IT HAD TWO OF MY EMAIL ADDYS IN IT..IETHER HARPYREC@HOTMAIL.COM(I NEVER USE IT AND HAVENT IN A LONG TIME) AND HARPYREC@YAHOOCOM.
              it then wanted a password!
i do NOT REMEMBER WHAT THAT PASSWORD WAS!
now maybe im being more clearer???
i paid for this program.it worked for me awesome for a long time.
i tried your beta 11 issue and it not only unregistered me but its caused me more grief than ever.
it now says i have tried too many times to get my redownload and it has the NERVE to ask me to come back in a week!
i want what i paid for.
also while we are on this..do i have to pay another 14 bucks on top of what i orginally paid to get the mp3 thing working too?
right now no part of the powerpack is any good and its remained unregistered.
              so no emails?
couldnt rip a cd either.real nice new stuff!
              im here..finally.
so i need an answer please.
              i tried everything.

as Spoon said , send him an email using the email on this page: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/email.htm with your order number and Spoon will send it to you manually.

then you will have it quickly.

                  Re: lost everything, new computer

                  This is now sorted.

This is an internet explorer password window, both username and password should have been typed using the supplied values (on the page you clicked the .exe install link). The username should not have been your email address.

                    Re: lost everything, new computer

Thanks for your reply, Spoon. It is the top URL

After clicking on it, I get instructions to go to this link

                    Initiate Registered Link Retrieval

That phrase is underlined on the webpage, so I know it's another URL, but when I click on it, it does nothing but open a blank page for me.

Just go to this: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/registration/ as that is what should open.

I think your browser is playing tricks on you.

Norton Firewall has been reported to stop that page from working, it is blocking it.

                            Re: lost everything, new computer

For Razgo let me repeat the situation. I had a computer crash and had to reinstall Win XP. I lost my saved email files. I did print out my receipt for registering dbPoweramp so I have my order number. None of the links provided in this thread by Spoon or ChristinaS work. I disabled Norton's Firewall protection and it made no differnece. I've tried to open the link with IE6 and with Mozilla Firefox. It makes no difference. All I get is a blank white screen and the note down at the lower left of my window "done". So I ask once again. How do I get the registered version of dbPoweramp that I paid for on January 10, 2005?

the next thing to do would be to check with your ISP and make sure that page isn't being blocked by them.

                              as the links do work.
