    Corrupted Cabinet File

Trying to install the db-wmfdiist-wma9.exe file I get the following error:
Extracting files failed... low memory {low disc space for swapping files} or corrupted cabinet file.

I have plenty of space. I rebooted my computer to get back my memory.

How do I resolve this issue.

    I am running Windows98se.

    Thanks,
    Lace

Perhaps it didn't download fully, try clearing the internet cache and redownload.
