I downloaded the free music from on-line but there're Mp3 or .wma format.
How do I change from Mp3 or .wma to asx format for my homepage?

Can you explain why you think you need an .asx format?

.asx is a meta-file, which contains information about the actual audio (or video) file whcih you want streamed. That file may well be a .mid, a .wma or even an .mp3 file to name but a few.
