Bought a hdd 060 from London. Was very happy for the past 5 months i have used it. But recently i tried to install another software from dbpoweramp website and copied some files to the player after which it stopped working.
All i can see on the hdd 060 screen is philips & it doesent go beyond that to the menu. When i connect it to the computer through the USB & put on DMM it will show the usb icon on the screen and thats all. On the dmm software it says player not connected. But after a while on my player screen i get an explanation mark ! , which indicates file system error.
I have checked the philips website which suggests connecting the player to the computer and activatin DMM which should recreate the database, but it DOESENT WORK.
When i go to the windows explorer it shows the disk as empty. Cant format it cant do anything. Pls hellllp.
I will be grateful if u cud help me out.
