CD Input won't see drive

My CD Input used to see my drive, but hasn't done so now for ages. If I enter options and click down CD Drive ADVANCED menu there is nothing in the drop down. I have one CD drive and it runs as G:

WMP, Real, CD Ripper all see the drive. but its db I want to use!

Any ideas?

You may want to try the advice in this thread here:

If you have already tried this, could you please give some specifics about your system and about what versions of dBpowerAMP you are using (and which programs-I note that you have posted this as a problem for dAP (the dBpowerAMP Audio Player) but your reference seems to be Audio CD Input (which is a component of dMC the Music Converter program).

That will explain why I couldn't find an appropriate thread among the 250 here! :")

Yes, its the Audio CD input as part of the converter. I'm using it on WinME.

The version is dMC-r10
