changing color theme of skin

Is there any way to perform two functions with a single button in skin designer? If this is possible we can include different color themes for skins.
Make the main amp only a small part of the main skin window. consider main skin window as made up of two part
1. Amp
2. a skin window attached(locked) to amp (let it be x)

Press the change color theme button and it does 2 actions
1. opens another skin window (user defined) which is of different color
2. closes the current skinwindow x

like if u click a button on the player one window will close and another window
will appear.
