    Intensity Stereo Error

    Today I was trying to play a Musepack file that I had ripped. I got the following error:

    ERROR: function play()

    File uses intensity stereo, not supported anymore!
    Please decode with command line tool.

    The file refuses to play. I am still using the same codec that I used to rip the file (release 4) so I think the problem is something else. It seems like to be a Musepack problem, but I thought I'd post it here just in case.

    BTW, does anyone know if Musepack is still under development?

    Re: Intensity Stereo Error

    Try reading this thread and see if it helps.

    Hi I'm having a problem converting a .mpc file to .mp3. When I try to convert it, dMC gives me this error: "File uses Intensity Stereo, not supported anymore! Please decode with command line tool." followed by: The CODEC required to decompress 'E:\mp3\anime\Seatbelts - Cowboy Bebop CD-Box\disc 1\30 - Dialogue 1
