Playback Speed

I sometimes listen to lectures on my computer and it would be nice to be able to speed them up. For winamp there is a dsp plugin called pacemaker that does this--increases the speed without changing the pitch. It is done at the time of playback rather than modifying the file. Can dbPowerAMP do anything similar?

With that add on, I love it, You can change the tempo, pitch and speed, so if you max out the SPEED (100% faster) you can minimize the PITCH and then it sounds great, no chipmonk. Sounds just like they are talking very fast.
