What the heck is this???????

[COLOR=Blue]I was lookin through my music and i found that one of the tags now reads "ÿÿ‹q‹}¬‰>‹q‹}°‰~‹u´‰ ±x" it should read..."Shoot to Thrill" This has happened before and I just rename the file but it is annoying and I wanna know how I can prevent this......[/COLOR]

Either a program bug, memory bug, or hard disk bad sectors, don't know which.

More ram shouldn't help, it is just something not working as it should.
