need help with an rca lyra rd2840

i'm using dMC Audio CD Input to to encode wma files then put them on my lyra. they show up on there but don't play & i looked to see if Sveta Portable Audio would support it & i didn't see that model on there. please help.

Did you profile your contents ... sometimes it takes a couple of times ... also make sure your firmware is up to date from RCA
