the review person for skins

I have just posted a suggestion to the developer to include an account for a reviewer the same way there is an account for the skinner/vendor.

this way we can follow a reviewer. as in select all reviews by "this reviewer". i just felt that was a valuable resource missing from the review site.

i dont know how long its been there but there is a search by reviewer option already there. just above the "some quick links".
