Power Pack installation problems

I just downloaded the dbpowerAmp a week ago. When I try to use it with my Rio500, I get an error message stating that I need to install 'The Power Pack' to run this program. When I go to www.dbpoweramp.com and download the power pack, it appears to download, but is nowhere to be found on my computer, and I still get the same error message. What should I do?
