Icon question

This has probably been covered before, but I can not find it anywhere. What do the different symbols in the icon column in the MMC mean? Specifically the green, yellow and magenta diamonds?

the diamond mean "USER highlight #' 1,2,3,4 - you can toggle these by right-click->advanced->user highlight state...
The other icons are for file types, and of course there is the "new" icon.
