Rio 300-Sveta isn't detecting

Sveta isn't detecting my Rio 300 when I attempt to add a new device. I downloaded the driver for it, wut it just isn't picking up the mp3 player. Any helpful hints?

i don't know the answer to this but whilst waiting for Spoon to respond, have you checked out rioworld? http://www.rioworld.org/yabbse/index.php
it is also run by Spoon and has a huge support base for rio players.
