    Tag problems

I have a very large collection of OGGs with painstakingly written tags. The "My Collection" list will simply NOT display the "Year" information from the tags, even though they are indeed present in the tags. I've even gone to the trouble of downloading and running TagScan to verify my tag information, and everything is perfect. Is this just a way to force users to pay for the Power Pack add-on?

Also, it would be nice to know why this program creates .tmp files of the same size as the existing sound files whenever a tag is edited (I use "edited" very loosely here since editing doesn't really seem possible in this program).

It is not a ploy to force people onto the PowerPack the program used to created the year must be different to what I am expecting - send along one of your ogg files with a covering letter to dbpoweramp@dbpoweramp.com

    What created the tags?

The tmp file is created because Ogg has tags at the beginning of the file, to add new tags the new tags must be written to a tmp file, the sound is moved over to tmp file, the original file is replaced by tmp file.
