Well is "rate this resource" more clear? Wondering if you as "staff" would still want to express your opinion... seeing that rather few people really do "vote?" their opinion on the skins...

I didn't use the MMC random setup i had. i think i was being a bit lazy doing it that way

I guess some skins just should have a monthly spot.
