Incorrect bitrate shown for EAC made rips

Although I am happy with dMC for ripping I gave Exact Audio Copy a try, using Lame 3.90.3 and the alt preset standard command line.
The mp3's are made in the right way, because when I check them with e.g. EncSpot they show a bitrate of roughly between 180 and 210kbps. Also on my portable player they show up as VBR. So they are made with VBR and as to be expected with alt preset standard.
However with dAP (which I have associated with mp3files) in the popup window with all the details/properties of the file they are mentioned as bitrate 32kbps (not "average") and with a much higher length in time than they are in reality. The same is true when I look at the files in Explorer, also 32kbps and much longer.
Has this something to do with dAP, being not compatible with EAC made mp3's ?
BTW when I rip the same tracks with dMC the resulting mp3's are about the same , but in the details they also show up in the right way ( the correct AVERAGE bitrate and the correct length).

Just to let you know: I sent you a mp3 file made with EAC.
Hope it is not too big (4MB)
