'Owdy,
Just a question,
If the EQ is turned OFF, volume is set to FULL, playback is fine.
If I now turn the EQ on, but have the Boost at 50%, The playback volume is now at 50% (but volume slider is still at 100%) ?
I would have thought as the name suggests, that "Boost" Worked above and beyond the Volume. So a Boost setting of say 50% meant 50% more boost in the current volume output level?.. not cut volume by half?.
And of course a boost of 0% with the EQ on, means NO output ?
So if I set All EQ sliders to Full, and the boost to 50% it's about the same as having the EQ off ?
There seems no benefit in having the boost, in effect it's just a volume adjustment on the EQ screen?.
