Can I encode mp3 into wma in free?

Can I encode mp3 into wma in free? I have downloaded a software called "WMA Encoder Decoder 1.4.5", if don't pay, it's just can encode half of the song into wma only. Did any other software can do it in free? Pls. advise to me.

I have download it already...

I have downloaded it already, it still can't convert into wma file; then I have downloaded "Windows Media Audio v9 System Codecs" & "WMA v9 Codec Release 1.3a" in web site "http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-wma.htm". There is the choice for "wma" inside the converter, but it can't work, it appear a warning message "MusicConverter.exe have an error, will be closed by windows. You need to restart it. There is a error".

How can I solve this problem? Thank you very much.

Try converting to wave, it will tell me if mp3 decoding or wma encoding is crashing.
