Icon missing

Hi everybody. I've a problem with dbpoweramp 13. The icons are missing as you can see in the image. How can I re-establish the right icons? Thank you very much.

Try uninstall, reboot windows, reinstall.

I did what you said but nothing happened any other suggestions? Thank you

Look in \dbpoweramp\encoders

there should be the encoder icons.

Yes they are all in the folder, and if I open them with Windows Images and Fax viewer it's all ok. But if I open dbpower the result is always as the image I sent
