    Remove dAP?

I installed dAP before reading the instructions carefully and now it is in the same directory as dBpoweramp r13.
How can I remove dAP so I can reinstall in a different directory?
    Thanks,
    Chip

      Re: Remove dAP?

When I look in Control Panel > Add / Remove programs I do not think I see an entry for dBpoweramp Player.
I can see the following entries:
      dBpowerAMP
      dBpoweramp [Audio Info] Codec
      dBpoweramp [ID Tag Update] Codec
      dBpoweramp [ReplayGain] Codec
      dBpoweramp [Tag from Filename] Codec
      dBpoweramp CD Writer
      dBpoweramp DSP effects
      dBpoweramp FLAC Codec
      dBpoweramp m4a Codec
      dBpoweramp Music Converter
Which of these do I remove to remove the Audio Player so I can reinstall in another directory?
      Thanks,
      Chip

            Re: Remove dAP? UPDATED

My first reply was done before I checked my system carefully. I tried to edit the original reply but I am outside the 60 minute time limit so I am posting this update.

Thanks, I have removed dAP using the Control Panel > Remove Programs.
Now when I look at the directory structure I can still see a directory called dAP under Illustrate.
            C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dAP : contains msvcp60.dll and following directories
            C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dAP\Compression : contains FLAC.dll
C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dAP\Help : contains jpg, gif, and bmp files
            C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dAP\Help\Codec : contains following directory
            C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dAP\Help\Codec\Flac : contains help.htm, version.html and following directory
            C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dAP\Help\Codec\Flac\Images : contains flac.gif
            C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dAP\Multiplayer : contains following directory
            C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dAP\Multiplayer\Input : contains flac.dll
            C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dAP\Versions : contains following directory
            C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dAP\Versions\Compression : contains flac.txt
Each of these directories still contains directories or files of both.

Should this directory also be removed or is it needed for dMC r13 which is located at:
            C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp

When I reinstall dAP r2 can it be below Illustrate or should it be completely separated?

            Thanks for your help,
            Chip

              Re: Remove dAP? UPDATED

dAP needs to go in a seperate folder to dMC R13. Do not worry about those files, all but 1 are needed for R13.

                dAP Folder?

                Just to be sure

                I can use the following:
C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp for dMC r13 as it is now
                and
                C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dAP for dAP r2
                or should I use
                C:\Program Files\dAP for dAP r2?

I then install the Legacy Codecs in the same directory as dAP r2.

I can then play files I have encoded with FLAC using dMC r13.

Sorry to ask so many questions but I just want to be sure I do it the right way this time.

                Thanks,
                Chip

The actual folder does not matter.
