    Crashing/hangups

Hi i used to have the old dap on win98 it worked fine i really liked it. Then i got win ME and the new dap and everytime i open it and try to play a song it crashes or no music plays. the bar doesn't move either. I tried switching to directx - this works for most part but later causes gaps in music and slows down the computer.

Sorry I am out of ideas apart from to uninstall dAP, delete its folder to start a fresh:

            C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpowerAMP

Remove it from the Registry, delete:

            HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Illustrate\dBpowerAMP

            Then Reinstall.
