    AMP.EXE crashing

My player keeps crashing. I just installed it the other day and it ran fine for quite a few songs before it died. It would not reload until I rebooted.

Today it crashed when I added the FLAC and APE codecs from the legacy page. I rebooted and it played one song and crashed. I could not load it from the menu but it will load when I dbl-click a song. Currently playing is an mp3 that is is 82:01 but the player thinks it is 269:38. I imagine it will crash when it is done so I didn't bother to put anything else in the queue.

I will say that others have praised this app, which is why I installed it. I like the functionality built in. I have not created any playlists yet, although I did try to use an existing one for an album and the program crashed loading it.

WinXP Pro on MSI K8N Neo4 SLI mobo, using builtin audio.

    Re: AMP.EXE crashing

    FYI.

I uninstalled R2 and the codecs and installed R3beta6. Do I use the old or new codecs?
