MTV Format?

Gday all,

I just bought an 'MP4' video watch from China. Seems it doesn't actually play MP4 - only MTV. I wonder if I can use dBpowerAmp to convert? Anybody know where I can get the MTV codec?

dMC only does audio, not video.
