Dbpoweramp Audio Player doesn't work

Hello to everybody,

I have a Pentium 4 windows xp with dbpowerAmp player and converter installed (even the power pack) and I have a big problem.
When I make Start/Programs/dbpowerAMP/dbpowerAMP Audio Player, a windows pop up says to me: "Amp.exe" "....error...application will be close.....and if I want to send the message to Microsoft".

And the program doesn't start at all.

Who can help me for this problem ? thank youuu

Are you running dAP r2 or the latest dAP r3 beta?

Did you install and run dAP while logged into an account that has administrator rights?

I downloaded from the "dbpoweramp website" the only file that I saw at the bottom of the page "dBpowerAMP Audio Player Release 2".

I didn't know exist also another release, where can I find it ?
