dbpowerAmp disables laptop volume control

After using dbpowerAmp for listening to music on my laptop it disables the volume control function buttons, i.e. I can't use Fn-PgUp/PgDn to change the volume. Is this a glitch? or has anybody else noticed this and come up with a workaround?

Deleting the dapkeycontrol.dll seems to have done the trick.
