telling me codec not compatible with windows media audio?

I'm confused! Thought this programme was compatible with wma? Have selected 'copy music from CD using dMC Audio CD Input' and now telling me 'error' and codec not compatible with wma?

Also I've subscribed twice as I was told the licence had expired even though I'd paid only 6 weeks earlier? What's going on?

I just want to be able to use my mp3 player! I don't want this hassle! :(

You seem to have serval problems here.

You may not have installed properly the registered version of dMC, whcih is why it report as not registered and prevents you from converting to mp3.

You may not have installed properly the Windows Media codecs. That depends on you OS and version of WIndows Media Player you have (and you must have it or it won't work).

Please paste here the contents of your configuration that you get when running dMC Configuration (if you dont' know where that is: Start > Programs >dBpowerAMP Music Converter > Configurations > dMC Configuration).

If you don't have the latest version of dMC you also don't have the facility to copy the configuration to your clipboard. The latest version of dMC is R 11.5 .

Please also state your OS you have.

That is not an error message I recognize, please post the full messages exactly as it appears.
