Hi, is there any way to copy the list of tracks/artists etc in my music collection to a Microsoft Access/Excel or Word file, so I can print it out?

Check out the Export feature (accessed through the Collection icon in My Music Collection), which id described in your Help files thusly:
Best wishes,The list of tracks in MMC can be exported, either to a text or word document, or to a html web page. To do so open MMC and select Collection >> Export:
First decision should be whether the collection is exported to a File or Clipboard, if to the latter it can be pasted into other programs. Next decision is HTML format, if checked the correct return and tab characters are used for HTML (web pages). Looking to the Top this is text that appears at the beginning of the file, and similarly Bottom can contain items for the end of the file. Artist and Album titles will sort your collection under the Artist and Album sections. Onto Layout, this configures which information should be exported, look to symbols for details. A {10} value can follow any symbol to set the minimum of characters used, for example [artist]{40} will make sure that the artist is 40 characters (including spaces on the end if needed) and no more.
