Feature Request: NVENC/GPU Encoding

Hi,

I was just trying out the new Video Converter and noticed it lacks support for NVENC. I assume FFMPEG is being used and the latest versions offer support for HW acceleration. (A few sample commands on how to run it with NVENC: https://www.reddit.com/r/PleX/commen..._devices_that/)

For me it would add a feature which no other good converters offer at the moment!

Would appreciate it if this could at least be looked at for a future release.
