Request AMD GPU codecs

Hello,

could AMD Hardware transcoding be added?

I just tried converting to H264/H265 using a 5700 XT with ffmpeg and h264_amf / hevc_amf encoders.
It worked worked without problems and is available for quiet a time.
So I am wondering why only NVIDIA is supported....

I was just trying out the new Video Converter and noticed it lacks support for NVENC. I assume FFMPEG is being used and the latest versions offer support for HW acceleration. (A few sample commands on how to run it with NVENC: https://www.reddit.com/r/PleX/comments/56v7s1/hevc_en...
