Getting 'sync finished with errors' after every sync

I'm syncing flac files to foobar2000 on an iphone. After every sync, INVARIABLY, it says 'sync finished with errors' on my iphone. I can't find a tunefusion log. I checked APPDATA, Program Files etc. The files are synced properly. Everything is organized in directories. I'm obsessive about file names and ID tags. I use CDRipper. I'm using/syncing only one directory on my Windows PC for this purpose. The songs play OK.

So what ERRORS does this mean ???
