PerfectTUNES Error - unexpected failure, please try again later[code:0 ] .

Attempting to batch process artwork missing from 800+ albums. PerfectTUNES scans the folder fine. I click Fix It for batch fix and it fixes zero albums. One at a time works - but that is not what I had in mind when I bought the software.

Running M1 Mac Mini, Ventura 13.4.1 (a)

And report what exact error message it's showing; I added additional information to the message to help me figure out what is happening.

Long explanation:
Looks like PerfectTUNES is unable to communicate with our server, I'm trying to determine why.
Fixing individual albums also asks our server for covers, but does not *require* our server to respond.
Batch fixing just takes covers returned from the PrefectTUNES server, so it fails entirely if our server isn't responding. However I'm unable to trigger this bug yet.

Update: I turned off my VPN and got it to work a batch.
