How does ReplayGain work? Is there a (small) manual?

Hello,

After purchasing PerfecTunes I noticed it also has a Replay Gain function.

How do you manage this? Is there a (small) manual with all steps to be taken?
When I select the "Help" function it is redirected to https://www.dbpoweramp.com/Help/Perf...replaygain.htm but that page is "dead"...

What does "iTunes gain only" means and how to "Fix" this for multiple files.
I can't select multiple files or Ctrl-A does not work. Do I have to do this per entry?

What does "Scan all" do? Does it collect or set the gain levels?

Thanks for the correction of the link.
After playing with the settings I managed to get it configured correctly and all my Apple Music songs correctly re-gained and play ok now!
