PerfectTUNES does not find ANY cover art -> No Art Found

I purchased PerfectTUNES today to complete my collection with cover art.
Unfortunately NONE of my queries finds ANY cover art.
I first tried to access and scan a network folder. After finishing the scan, I clicked "Album Art"
Now I see a list of all albums, but if I click to the [Fix] button, the "Choose Album Art" window appears, but it's empty.
This happens to all already tried albums, even it's a famous artist, like e.g. Aerosmith.
Also it doesn't matter if I scan a network folder or a local folder, the 'result' is the same... NO FINDS AT ALL! :(
I also played around with the settings (less restrictions as possible, e.g. max pixel size 1400, max Art File Size 2000 KB)
What could be the problem? Did I miss something?
