Yes.
If you download the file following Christina's directions (right-click on the link, select Save As) you save it in the native .swf.
You can then open and play the file in Windows Explorer.
Assuming you can play it then open up Auxilary input, set it to record from your soundcard's Stereo Mix or Wave Out (on some it might be What U Hear). Play the file, test your recording level. When you have it set right you should be ready to record.
Again, refer to Christina's directions in the FAQ on Auxilary Input that LtData provided a link to in post 12.

By the way, you probably can record the file directly over the net as well (but not if you cannot listen to it without interruption).

Why should we do what you do not try to do? Did you read the Auxiliary Input Instructions I have now linked you to 3 times? Are you having trouble with one particular part? Did you even attempt to follow them?

Apparently, your wanting a very nice and easy way to get the new System of a Down CD into 192kbps mp3, right? Here's an idea: Drive to the nearest music store, buy the CD, drive back home, and rip it. There, it doesn't get any easier and higher quality than that.

Addendum:
Also, copying this file to another format is illegal. The Flash file in question is audio from a copyrighted album. Copying this steamed audio via any means to another format that you keep is a violation of copyright law and is illegal.
If you want this audio, apparently as a 192kbps mp3, you should go a purchase the album from a local store and rip it yourself. This falls under "fair use" and is legal for you to use the rips yourself.

Thanks to xoas for pointing out the need for this.

Edit: Actually, the flash file in question seems to be a sample track from a CD not yet released. So if you want to hear the file, you'll just have to go to the website and listen to it until the new album comes out in November.
