No, sorry, impossible, not just through dBpowerAMP. Just plain impossible.
Midi is not actually an audio file type.
There are programs that can approximate a wav sound and create an approximate rendering in a midi file, wehr eyou define one aprticual rinstruemnt to carry the melody. That's about as good as it can.
Google for Amazing MIDI for instance.
