I have been trying to convert an 80MB .mp2 file to a WAV file. But when dBPowerAMP does the conversion all I get is a 1k file.
What's wrong?

Did you install the mp2 codecs? Have you tried reinstalling? What verision of dMC are you using? -

Nor can I get DAP to play mp2 filesthem. Winamp does play them, so perhaps one could use the decoder dll from Winamp.Comment

Just been fixing the mp2 codec today (and for the next week - to support freeform). The mp3 decoder is supposed to decode .mp2Comment

Spoon, after searching Google, a lot of people seem to be reporting that the Lame mp3decoder will not decode mp2 files, but that some other mp3 decoders will. The one that comes with Media Player Classic does appear to work OK.Originally posted by Spoon
