Neil: People don't upgrade to the "latest and greatest" version of windows for a few reasons:
1. Their hardware is too old
2. They don't know how to upgrade or don't want to try to upgrade
3. They just don't want to upgrade

i still have no idea how to get rid of that bar that always pop up saying "to help protect your security....." it is not only protecting my security, it blardy hinders my browsing.

Same here. How do you get rid of that? Anyone know?
