    Ripping Problem

I've been using the music converter for along time now.
I put a cd in to rip and now it doesn't see the cd anymore?
I tried different cd's and still nothing.
So I uninstalled DMC and reinstalled....still won't see that there is a cd in there waiting to be ripped.
    This is what my dMC Configurations says;
    I have release 9a
    I have PowerPack release 3
    I am registered
    Auxilury Input NOT installed

Did I forget to reinstall something or do I need to change some sort of setting? I use Windows ME in case you need to know that.
Seems odd that it's worked great for months and now it just stopped recognizing that I put a cd in?

Thanks for any help you can offer,

    Vicki

It is likely something called ASPI has stopped working.

First load audio cd input >> Options and see if you can select your CD drive.

If not click on Support above >> Audio CD Input and go down to the section on ASPI.

If you want there is a special Windows ME vxd you can install also in the support section.

      Spoon,

You were right, when I clicked on options....I was able to pick the correct drive. Apparently, when I just installed Nero, it changed my setting from my plextor to Nero?

      It's working great again!

By the way, I love this dbpoweramp. I suggest this to all my friends to use
