Re: Why does it take so long to convert from .CDA to .WAV?
What operating system are you running? Have you tried a test rip and if so, how long does it take?
Does it only happen for this CD? If it does what are your dMC Audio configuration settings?

Re: Why does it take so long to convert from .CDA to .WAV?
Hey,
Thanks for your help.
I'm running on Windows 98 and I burn cd's using another program, so I never tried burning using this program.
And no, this is occuring with several of my CD's, not just a specific one. My dMC settings is as follows, there's 2 types I have, the Audio CD config. and just dMC config., here is the Audio CD config:
CD Communication: ASPI
Command Set: MMC
(Read CD Text is enabled.)
Now dMC Config. is as follows:
"Convert to" on explorer right click is checked.
Popup info tips in explorer is checked
ID3 Tag Formation: Smart v1 & v2
Proffesional Frequency Conversion is NOT checked.
Please let me know if there's something i'm missing and i'll post it up.
Thanks again.Comment
