CD input - no tracks - Aspi problem???

    Howdy all,

starting Audio CD Input (version 10.1), the only thing I see is "insert audio CD".

I have tried the settings under options, "Aspi" doesn't show my drives at all, "2000/NT built-in limited" shows the drives letters only and "Device IO" shows them by letter and name.

I have tried every single setting with "Device IO", no result, nothing shows, even after refresh.

I have tried all the recommendations in the support section, made an aspi-dump and aspichk tells me all is fine, and the spoon-checker also recognizes both my drives. And yes - I rebooted to test all this.

    Running XP-Pro, Toshiba DVD-ROM SD-R5112 and NEC DVD_RW ND 1300-A.

I recently installed a Highpoint Rocket Raid (hpt 374), could that be the problem?

Oh yes, and if I select the tracks from the explorer, they convert fine and fast, it's only in the Audio CD Input program that I don't see any tracks.

    Help me pls!
    Chris

If you select Audio CD Input >> Options and change the CD drive to the other drive does it show the tracks?

(you will almost certainly need the MMC option in advanced).

      Thx Spoon for answering.

      No it doesn't.

Not with MMC nor anything else.

      :(

        Mea culpa!!!

Spoon, so sorry - false alarm ...

I'm ashamed to admit it ... :headbang: the CD in question was already in mp3 format :( no wonder it didn't work ...

        All works fine, as usual.

        Pls forgive me!
